Oversee programs and communications that connect HKS Library resources to the HKS community and Harvard Library.
Build and maintain institutional relationships with community members to inform and shape the HKS Library's work based on stakeholder needs and opportunities.

Supported evaluation protocol design for a pilot program to lend Wi-Fi hotspots to Boston community members without home internet access (led by Colin Rhinesmith).
